📦 Shipping & Handling

• Domestic (U.S.): All artwork ships insured within 5–7 business days after purchase.
• International: Rates are quoted upon request. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Packaging: Each piece is secured in a custom crate or box to ensure safe delivery.
• Tracking & Insurance: You’ll receive full tracking details once your order ships. Every shipment includes insurance coverage.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because each ARTILLARY piece is 1/1, all sales are final. However, we stand behind the safe arrival of your artwork:

• If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Email us clear photos of the damage + packaging.
• Once verified, we will either:
  
  • Replace with a comparable custom piece, or
  • Issue a full refund.
• Outside of verified shipping damage, no returns or exchanges are accepted.

🖋 Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

Every piece includes a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity verifying:

• Title of the work
• SKU / catalog reference
• Date of completion
• Artist signature

Your COA confirms the work is a genuine ARTILLARY original.

🎨 Custom Commissions

We accept a limited number of custom commission requests each quarter.

• How to request: Submit through our Commission Form or email us directly.
• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
• Timeline: Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks (varies by project).
• Delivery: Once completed, the balance is due before shipping.

Are all works one-of-a-kind?

Yes. Every piece is 1/1 original, signed, and accompanied by a COA.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Split payments (Affirm, Klarna, Shop Pay Installments) are available on select items.

How do I care for my piece?

Dust gently with a microfiber cloth. Avoid solvents and direct sunlight.
